1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• CloudifyHost: The service provider offering hosting and domain services.
• Customer: The natural or legal person entering into an agreement with CloudifyHost.
• Services: All products and services provided by CloudifyHost, including web hosting and domain registration.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, and agreements between CloudifyHost and the Customer.

3. Use of Services

The Customer is responsible for the use of the services and the content placed on CloudifyHost servers. It is not permitted to use the services for illegal activities, including but not limited to distributing malware, copyrighted material without permission, or spam.

4. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance. In case of late payment, CloudifyHost has the right to temporarily suspend services until full payment is received.

5. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are performed in the Customer's name. CloudifyHost acts only as an intermediary. Refunds on domain registrations are not possible once the application has been processed.

6. Liability

CloudifyHost strives for maximum availability of services but cannot be held liable for indirect damage or lost profits due to downtime or data loss. The Customer is responsible for making backups unless otherwise agreed.
